Cherry Cake Batter m&m Cookies
The best cookies are cookies with very little ingredients and still taste amazing. Cake batter cookies tend to be one of those. Using a cake mix as a base for the cookie gives flavor as well as moisture to the cookie without having to follow a recipe with a lot of ingredients.
Adding to that, I LOVE cherry and chocolate together. My favorite candy bar is the Cherry Mash, which unfortunately is not that easy to find. But when I decide I need cherry and chocolate in my life, I usually just jump right in and create some sort of dessert. After I made Cupid’s Chow this last week, (go check it out) I had another cherry cake mix and decided I needed to make cake batter cookies with it.
Cherry Cake Batter m&m Cookies

- 10 oz plain m&ms
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cake batter, flour, eggs, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer until combined. Add in the m&ms and mix again until combined.
- Form tablespoon sized balls from the dough and place on a cookie sheet that has been lined with either parchment paper or a silicone baking pad.
