This week’s recipe is brought to you by my in-laws. A long while ago, my mother-in-law compiled a recipe book for a family reunion. Her family is from Eastern Idaho where the food is simple, tasty, and perfect for farm life. I don’t know who on my in-law’s side of the family came up with this perfect dessert, but it quickly became a favorite in our house. It is quick and easy and a huge crowd-pleaser.
