Fresh Balsamic Summer Salad
Sometimes preparing dinner is just plain too much, especially during the hot summer months. Who wants to spend time in front of a stove or heat their thoroughly a/c’ed kitchen with their oven? I most definitely don’t. I am always on the hunt for a delicious dinner that doesn’t require a ton of prep or for me to stand in a stifling kitchen while the temperature outside soars to unbearable numbers. This fresh balsamic summer salad is the ticket! It can easily be eaten alone, or paired with some grilled chicken or steak. I also like to eat the leftovers with rotisserie chicken for lunch. Raspberry White Chocolate Bundt Cake
I’m rounding out this Valentine’s Day 14 days of baking with my piece de resistance. Not to brag, but I think this bundt cake is even better than Nothing Bundt Cakes version. Using the pudding mix and the greek yogurt gives the batter a soft yet light texture. Also, the pudding mix MUST be the Godiva White Chocolate flavor. No substitutions! Raspberry White Chocolate Scones
Scones are like the sophisticated older sister of the donut. Just as tasty, but it’s not tacky to serve a scone at a tea time with the Queen of England…but I’m not so sure she would appreciate donuts during tea time. Scones can be intimidating, but this recipe is super easy. While I am not the inventor of this particular recipe, I do love it and it would be perfect for Valentine’s Day breakfast or brunch. This recipe would be equally tasty with fresh blueberries. Have you ever made scones from scratch? These scones are a definitely must in your near future. Hope y’all have an amazing week. Stay safe,…

Raspberry Sweet Rolls
I’ve been playing around with variations of my Better Than Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls. I know, why fix it if it isn’t broken…but sometimes a girl wants something different. This last week I decided to try my hand at making a raspberry filling. This filling was full of flavor and a nice fall addition to the cinnamon roll family. Do you have an amazing cinnamon roll variation? I am toying with the idea of doing a Nutella sweet roll next. Do you have any suggestions? Hope y’all are having an amazing day.
