non-stick cooking spray
- 4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 21 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can + ½ of another can
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp almond extract
- red food coloring
In a microwavable bowl, add in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1-14oz can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between each increment until the chocolate melts and when stiring the chocolate with the condensed milk forms a playdoe consistency, add in the vanilla extract and stir til combined.
In a bread pan that has been greased and then lined with parchemnt paper, and then greased again, pour the semi-sweet chocolate fudge mixture into the pan. Press into the pan and move around until relatively evenly distributed. Set aside while you prepare the white chocolate.
In another microwavable bowl, add the white chocolate chips and the rest of the sweetened condensed milk and repeat the steps from the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
When the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk mixture reaches the playdoh consistency add in the food coloring and the almond extract. Stir until combined.
Pour over the semi-sweet chocolate fudge that has been pressed into the bread pan. Evenly distribute again and then place in the refrigerator until the fudge has hardened.
When the fudge has finished hardening, take out of fridge and loosen the sides of the bread pan with a sharp knife. Then pull the fudge loaf out by the parchemnt paper. Slice as desired and store in an airtight container.
