Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • cups quick oats
  • cups milk chocolate baking m&ms
  • cup Heath Toffee bits
  • cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • In a large electric mixer bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, beating well and scraping the sides of the bowl between mixing.
  • Next sprinkle in the baking soda while the mixer is going so it combines evenly in the batter. Pour in the quick oats and mix just until combined. Then add in the candy. Mix again until combined.
  • Very last, add in the flour a ½ cup at a time and mixing just until combined between additions. Scrape the bowl between each addition.
  • On a parchment lined baking sheet (or use a silicone pad), drop by ice cream scoop full onto the prepared sheet. Make sure there is plenty of space between each cookie mound becuase they will spread out as they bake.
  • Bake at 350°F for 14 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a cooling rack or paper towel to finish cooling. Serve immedately, or store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

***If you want to make the cookies smaller instead of ice cream scoop size, you totally can, just reduce the cooking time to 8-10 minutes depending on if you are doing tablespoon size or slightly smaller.
