Blondies
- 2 cups unsalted butter room temperature
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon oil
- ½ cup whole milk
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Lemon Icing
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 large lemon juiced
- cold water
- sprinkles optional
In a large bowl, whip butter for several minutes until it becomes light and fluffy.
Add in sugar and whip again for several minutes until light and fluffy again.
Add in the eggs, lemon oil, and whole milk and whip again for another minute.
In a seperate bowl, combine dry ingredients; the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine. Then add in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredinets ⅓ at a time, lightly beating until barely combined. After adding in the last of the dry ingredients, beat until barely combined.
In a greased 13"x10" baking sheet, pour batter and smooth out until it is evenly distributed throughout the pan. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely before icing.
