Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups fresh mango roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup shallot diced
  • 1 large jalapeno diced
  • cup cilantro chopped
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine the mango, jalapeno, shallot, and cilantro in a bowl and mix to combine. Add in the sugar and lime juice, toss ingredients again. Lastly, add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Mango salsa is espeically tasty on tacos, and alone with tortilla chips.  If you'd like to exchange pineapple or kiwi for the mango, it would be an even trade.
