Sometimes preparing dinner is just plain too much, especially during the hot summer months. Who wants to spend time in front of a stove or heat their thoroughly a/c’ed kitchen with their oven? I most definitely don’t. I am back at you with another recipe using fresh herbs. This time rosemary is the star. Rosemary is very common here in southern Nevada, it is a popular plant to grow in your yard. Although that type of rosemary isn’t for consumption; the fragrance can be found all around. Rosemary is a hearty evergreen herb and comes from the mint family, oddly enough. Back before Pinterest, I watched the Food Network channel religiously. Rachel Ray, Giada, and Sunny Anderson were some of my favorites. I especially loved Rachel’s 30 Minute Meals. If I could make an amazing meal for my family in the time it would take my boys to watch 2 Curious Georges then it was a huge win for me. I hoarded recipes like crazy.
