- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
Add in all of the ingredients in an Instapot and place the lid over top.
Set the pressure either to the rice/grain setting for 8 minutes, or manual on high for 8 minutes.
Once done pressure cooking, let stand for 10 minutes and then rapid release any pressure left over. Fluff rice with a fork, and serve immediately.
