In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, mixing well between each egg.
Add in the flour, water, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix until combined, don't over mix. Let rest for 30 minutes on the counter while your waffle cone maker heats up.
Cook the batter according to the instructions of your waffle bowl machine. Serve immediately, store the left over bowls in an air tight bag.
